About Us - Amish Custom Doors

Amish Custom Doors, located in the heart of the Ohio/West Virginia area, supplies the finest handcrafted products to the surrounding region. We make custom doors in the old world tradition of one door at a time by skilled Amish craftsmen (not an assembly line). We don’t run a machining shop where the wood is glued-up and then routed out using a CNC Computerized Table. Instead, we build each individually by hand allowing us to main a high degree of quality which provides each door with a level of handcrafted personality that you can’t find anywhere else. We believe doors need true, free floating panels to allow for expansion and contraction which increases the doors’ lifetime and limits longterm warping and twisting. Our doors utilize the finest pieces of wood and multiple pieces of glass to create a quality product that you will fall in love with. In addition to this, we ship via FedEx Freight to the entire USA.

How the process works:

Supply us with a picture, drawing, dimensions, wood species and preferably a door schedule with depth of jambs (thickness). Note if you would like a slab or prehung door in your description.

We will provide you with a free written quote that will become the bill of sale after a deposit is received. Please note that a the receipt of deposit constitutes a purchase and deposits are non refundable.

The order is then placed on the chalk board and when the build is in process we will send you updates of our progress! Once the order is complete we will send pictures of the finished doors and the crating.

Once the payment on the door(s) is made we release the order for delivery via FedEx or YRC.
