MILLING TECHNIQUE
Our Milling Technique Prevents Warping and Twisting ! All of the Wood in our Doors is Doubled Up ! For Example in A Door that is 1 3/4 inch Thick the Wood in the Stiles and Rails is Doubled Up ! For the Stiles and Rails we start out with two one inch pieces and glue these together ! After Drying we Plane the 2 inch thick Piece of Wood Down to a 1 3/4 inch Stile or Rail ! If this Piece of a Wood Tries to Twist or Warp it is Pulling Against the other Half of the Stile or Rail Which Prevents Warping ! We don’t Know Of One Other Mill that goes to this Extent To Protect the Integrity of the Finished Product
